I've noticed that the IRC channel is always empty and the phone # listed goes unanswered. Is there any way other than the web ticketing system to report a problem?
I have two support tickets that were closed without any response. I'm not sure if there is a problem with the ticketing system or if this is normal.
I also called the number on the contact page but no one picked up. I really don't want to change VPS providers again (I'm happy with the actual VPS) but I'm starting to get frustrated.
Is this normal?
Thanks David. I can see that there was a problem with the ticketing system now. My original questions showed up as "No message found". I will re-submit them.
