The VPS was great, and the only downtime was when the power outage occurred. Also, the sales representative that I contacted gave me a great deal. The problems started with the support. It is way too slow for my needs. The Live support is never online (Only seen it on once). Also, ticket support takes around 10 hours to answer! This isn't productive, so I have decided to switch after not even being with the company for a month!
DMEHosting would be a great host if they upgraded their support considerably. This is what's holding them back.
I wish DME all the best for the future, and hope I can return when the service level i need is met.
